The network can be reached with all WLAN enabled laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc. through the open WLAN / WiFi Access 'can-you-hear-me'. The Internet browser is sent directly to a Web page (captive portal) where you can find opportunities for participation, software downloads, and information.
